A New Year resolution:Courage Of Conviction 

A New Year resolution is a commitment that an individual makes to one or more lasting personal goals, projects, or the reforming of a habit. A New Years Resolution is generally a goal someone sets out to accomplish in the coming year.According to Gretchen Rubin (author of best-seller "The Happiness Project"): "You hit a goal, you achieve a goal. You keep a resolution".

If we start counting the benefits of resolution its countless,But problem is that How much Committed we are towards our resolution and for How many days. A study  by Richard Wisemen from the University of Bristol showed that 78% of those who set New Year resolutions fail,So Making a resolution is not enough, but keeping our promises throughout the year should be our Aim.

So our first resolution should be that whatever resolution,I will make ,will succeed in that.

My Resolutions : 2012

1.Be financially: Savvy-Improve finances: get out of debt, save money

2.Get Consistency: Consistent in Job/Career;Consistent in Health Improvement.

Recession knocking at the door :A big challange for HR & Finance

When recession knocking at the door the question arises How to reduce the cost? HRO (Human resource Outsourcing ) is one of the way to reduce the cost in organization ? payroll processing ,Payroll compliance(PF/ESI/IT/PT/LWF etc) ,LLC is a big challange for organization in this evolving economics and if compliances are not compiled then it creates a lot of chaos and headache for management.

Its better to utilize people(organizational assets) in strategical work rather than in non strategical work .HRO can be means for the same and  to create value for the organization.

Experience Sharing To Do Best In Sales

Today you need to do sales more intelligently because of huge easy information inflow to the customer.So for sales one require a lot of knowledge and information about organization & Industry.

Regular prospecting  through cold call is necessary for closure.I admit,Cold call is the one of the tedious job for sales people ,after one or two day sales guy realize its no worth but the fact is that one should keep on prospecting for better result.

For me sales is one of the most interesting job because it involves n numbers of  surprising activities starting from prospecting to post sales service.

Few experience sharing to do best in Sales:

1.Knowledge about  product/service which you are offering.
2.Information about organization to whom you are offering
3.Update withIndustry(Current happenings,Competitors,etc)
4.Language of Business:English(corporate language)is always given benefit for sales ,yes thats cant be ignore but most important one should have command on Language of Business(Genuine Benefits which you may give to your client by your service/product)
5.Patience:This is one of the most important quality,Because sales is a process it may happen in a day ,in a month or it can take a year aswell.
6. Honesty:The day has gone when you can make fool to your client by wrong commitment/information.Do not give any wrong commitment,if you don't know any information about your offerings just accept politely and concern your management to revert back with right answer.

This process may take time for closure but it will give good result after a time.

Save Environment : Be Connected with Society

Hi Friends,Usually we travel in city from one part to another by our Bike or Car..I know this is essential these days to travel by our own vehicles to save time But if you can use Public Transport once in a week it will help great to nature and your health and Believe me you will get closer to your society.

Public transportation, while maybe not as enjoyable as commuting in your own personal vehicle, does ease congestion, reduce emissions, and give you plenty of quality time to people watch, as well as get to know your "neighbors." In addition, public transportation allows you to relax, read or nap during that commute instead of fighting and stressing and feeling the road rage.

So friends,This time at least on weekend we will use public transport.
